Full PCB assembly services combining SMT, through-hole and selective soldering, including inspection, testing and supply-chain support. We handle a variety of substrates while optimizing for both quality and cost.
Thick Film Printing is one of our core specializations. Ceramic substrates offer high thermal conductivity, stability in harsh conditions and flexibility in design.
We offer semi-finished and fully packaged modules built on DBC, AMB, IMS, standard PCB or Thick Film substrates. Techniques include vacuum soldering, wire bonding and selective soldering.
Integration of assembled PCBs into enclosures for complete sub-systems or finished products. We provide both standard and complex Box Build services.
