C-MAC delivers competitive and tailored contract manufacturing ‘One Shop Stop’ solutions through being agile and flexible incorporating Component Sourcing, Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA’s) and various other elements like Cable & Harness Assemblies, Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Gluing, Potting, Conformal Coating (In-house or via 3rd Parties). Other services available are Comprehensive Testing (Functional, Power, Software Loading, Burn-In & ICT and Environmental.
We offer support in providing solutions for ‘Design for Manufacture’ DFM & ‘Design for Test’ (DFT). All Sub-System Box Builds and High-Level Assembly solutions are manufactured with full traceability under the strict requirements of our Quality accreditations ISO9001, IATF16949, EN9100 & ISO13485 .
