The Supplier delivering materials used for automotive applications shall fulfil the requirements for the recycling and disposal of the supplied products (IMDS, ELV and GADSL).
Drawing upon best practices in global supply chains in alignment with internationally recognized standards, directives and regulations as listed below, and in the C-MAC Supplier Code of Conduct (CK0001B), where all our sustainability requirements are listed, C-MAC may go beyond legal compliance to advance social goals, environmental responsibility, and business ethics.
