What is Conformal Coating?

Conformal coating is a thin protective polymer film applied to Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). It shields sensitive electronics from moisture, dust, chemicals, and corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability even in harsh environments.

Why We Reinvested

C-MAC Warwick previously offered conformal coating, but as market needs evolved, we temporarily phased it out. In recent years, however, demand for coated PCBAs has significantly increased, particularly from our automotive and marine customers.

To meet this growing need and to further enhance our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) — we’ve reintroduced conformal coating with a state-of-the-art system that offers precision, consistency, and flexibility.
